A) How do I register with Ur Family Outlet?

Registration with Ur Family Outlet is very simple.

  • Go to our website – ufo1891.com.
  • Click on ‘Login’ (top right corner).
  • Fill in the registration form and click ‘Register'

B) How do I manage my account?

You may click on ‘My Account’ and update your account information (for example password, address, contact number).

Order History

You will be able to view and download your order history at your convenience.

2) Orders Related

A) How to I place an order?

  • Go to ufo1891.com.
  • Login to your account.
  • Select the products and quantity you would like to purchase; and click ‘Add to Cart’.
  • After selecting the products and quantity that you want, click on the ‘Checkout’ button.
  • You will be directed to your ‘Checkout’ page which will reflect the products and quantity which you have selected. The total amount will also be shown.
  • Go ahead and select your preferred payment method and fill in the necessary information. 
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive an email for the order confirmation in your registered email (together with the products and quantity selected, total amount).
  • Your order will be processed.

B) 'My Favourites' and how does it work?

You can choose to add any product into your ‘My Favourites’ list. This is for easy purchase in the future.

C) Can I make changes to my order after the order has been placed?

If you’d like to make changes to your order, kindly inform us within 24 hours upon confirmation of your order. This is to facilitate the convenience of our logistics department in ensuring that your orders are properly processed. Please note that the amended order needs to be of either the same amount or higher than the initial purchased amount. Ur Family Outlet reserves the right charge the customer an admin fee up to the cost of items ordered in the situation where the change of order occurs after the first 24 hours upon order confirmation is initially received. 

D) Can I cancel my order?

You are unable to cancel your order once you have completed payment.

E) How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

F) How can I check on the status of my order?

You may check on your ‘Order History’ page to view your current order status.

G) Is there any minimum order amount?

There is NO minimum order amount required. However, a delivery charge of $10.00 applies. Free delivery will be provided for orders $100 and above. 

3) Products Related

A) How do I find the product that I want on Ur Family Outlet?

  • Category Search – You may search through the the various product categories and sub-categories. You may filter your search criteria with the options available.
  • Keyword Search – You may type in the keyword of the product in the search bar, which will direct you to the page with a list of products related to the keyword that you have entered.

B) What if the order that I wanted to order is out of stock?

You may click on the ‘Notify Me When Available’ button below the item. You will receive an email notification to your registered email once the item is in stock. 

4) Payment Information

A) What are the available payment methods?

We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard.

B) How do I enter a coupon/promotion code?

You will need to enter your coupon/promotion code before you proceed to checkout and make payment.

5) Delivery

A) What is the minimum order amount for free delivery?

You will only need to spend $100 to enjoy free delivery with Ur Family Outlet SG.

B) How soon can I receive my orders?

Deliveries will be made between 3 to 4 working days

C) Do you deliver to all areas in Singapore?

Ur Family Outlet SG delivers to all areas within mainland Singapore. 

We do not deliver to restricted zones (eg. Jurong Island, airport, army camps, PSA & Jurong ports, immigration checkpoints, construction sites, shipyards and supply bases).

D) Can I arrange for self-collection of my purchases?

We currently do not have self-collection option as we are upgrading our warehouse and pickup facilities. We will update you on our website, email and our social media pages once our pickup location facilities are ready.

E) What if I am not home to receive my delivery?

Do let us know ahead of time should you be unable to receive your delivery. Kindly do email us at admin@ufo1891.com  in order for us to reschedule your delivery.

Please take note that Ur Family Outlet reserves the right to charge the customer a cancellation or re-delivery fee of $10.00 should there be no one to receive the delivery in the chosen time slot.

6) Return Policy

A) Can I return/exchange my products after receiving them?

Customers are allowed to return/exchange their products within 1 days (24hrs) after delivery. This applies only if the product is incorrect or damaged during delivery.

Kindly email us at admin@ufo1891.com with the details of the product exchange with photos attached.

For return/exchange of products, kindly indicate:

  • Order No
  • Product Name/Description
  • Delivery Date
  • Delivery Time
  • Reason for return/exchange of Product/s
  • Image/photo of product (if the product delivered is damaged or incorrect)

 {Please take note that we will not accommodate returns/exchanges after 1 day (24hrs) of receipt of product}. 



  • Return/exchange of products needs to be in original packaging.
  • We only accept exchange or replacement of the product/s if they are incorrectly packed or damaged.
  • We DO NOT accept returns if you have ordered the wrong items.
